Our system is based purely on affordability. (income vs expenses)
You must show you have the affordability to support re-payments
Minor credit indiscretions do not concern us at all, whereas they are a major catastrophy to most financial institutions.

We do ask for a deposit which goes directly off the principle
The larger the deposit the more beneficial it is to you as your repayments are lower and more comes of the principle.
Your only cost is legals of just over $2,000

To qualify, step 1 is for you to calculate a figure you would be comfortable with to put toward payments, deposit amount and where you would like to live and email back to us.

If you pre qualify, we take it to step 2 and ask for more details.
We can then enter you into our data base and wait for a suitable home to become available.

We have kept it as simple and legally safe as possible protecting you and ourselves with the suitable legal contracts
drawn up by our solicitors, and checked by yours.
